IASTM - Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation

Taken from the ancient Chinese practice of Gua Sha, also known as Graston technique, IASTM involves an instrument made of titanium or surgical steel to work deep into the fascia and aid with fluidity of movement.
